Dani rose to stardom during the 1970s
The singer who also had a career as a model and actress, had just finished touring her last album “Horizons Dorés” and was about to release a new album. According to her manager, her death was the result of an illness in the region of Tours where she lived.
In the 70s, Dani was the queen of the “Paris by night” movement and performed in the famous L’Aventure Club, the French version of New York’s Studio 54. Shunned by recording labels in the following decades, she returned to the front stage in 2001 thanks to Etienne Daho.
